Terms and Conditions, Terms of Use, and Privacy Policy for BuzzBlast PR Services
By purchasing or using The Buzz Blast PR submission service ("The Buzz Blast", "we", or "us"), you (the "Customer" or "you") agree to these Terms and Conditions. These terms constitute a binding agreement between you and The Buzz Blast regarding the PR placement service.
The Buzz Blast provides a press release creation and distribution service. For a one-time fee of US$77, we will:
The list of Flagship Tier media outlets is subject to change over time. We do not guarantee the availability of any specific outlet at all times. If you have a preferred outlet, you may contact us at team@thebuzzblast.com prior to purchase to confirm its current availability. We reserve the right to update or modify the list of Flagship Tier outlets at our discretion.
The US$77 fee is a one-time charge for the standard Flagship Tier placement package. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. All payments are processed through a third-party payment processor for security; The Buzz Blast does not directly store your credit card or payment account information. By making a purchase, you authorize us to charge the provided payment method for the fee. Any additional services or upgrades (as described below) will incur additional charges at the prevailing rates, which will be communicated to you before you incur any such fees.
After your purchase and receipt of necessary information from you (such as your company details, news announcement, quotes, etc.), our team will draft your press release. We aim to deliver the initial draft for your review within 72 hours (excluding public holidays or weekends, if applicable). You are entitled to request unlimited revisions to the draft at no extra charge (subject to a fair use discretion determined by our writer), provided such requests are reasonable and submitted in a timely manner.
Important: Revisions are intended to address factual accuracy, clarity, and tone of the press release. If further revisions beyond our fair use policy are needed, they may be subject to additional fees or handled at our discretion.
Upon your approval of the final press release, The Buzz Blast will proceed to submit it for publication in the chosen Flagship Tier media outlet. Additionally, we can email the press release to a broad list of major U.S. media outlets (including news agencies, industry publications, and other relevant media contacts). This email distribution is included in the standard service but must be requested separately; however, publication in outlets beyond the chosen Flagship Tier is not guaranteed as it is subject to editorial discretion of those outlets.
The Buzz Blast guarantees that your press release will be placed in the chosen Flagship Tier outlet as described. If we are unable to achieve placement in that outlet (for example, if the outlet rejects the press release for reasons beyond our control), we will either:
Important: Except for the placement guarantee described above, all sales are final and non-refundable. Once work has begun on writing your press release or distribution has commenced, you are not eligible for a refund if you decide to cancel the service for any reason.

The Buzz Blast retains the copyright and intellectual property rights in all original content that our team creates for your press release. Upon your full payment for the service and final approval of the press release, The Buzz Blast grants you a broad license to use the final press release content. This license is perpetual (no expiration), worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, and fully paid-up, allowing you to use, reproduce, distribute, and publicly display the press release content for your personal or commercial purposes.
While The Buzz Blast strives to provide the best possible press release content and distribution, we do not guarantee any specific outcome beyond the placement commitments expressly stated in these Terms. For example, we cannot guarantee that your press release will result in any particular amount of media coverage, traffic, sales, or other business outcomes.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, The Buzz Blast's total liability to you for any and all claims arising out of or relating to the service or these Terms is limited to the total amount of fees you paid us for the specific service in question. In no event will The Buzz Blast or its owners, employees, or contractors be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or incidental damages.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Buzz Blast, its directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) that arise out of or are related to: (a) the content of the press release or any materials you provided to us, (b) your use of the service in violation of these Terms or any law, or (c) your gross negligence or willful misconduct.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by posting the updated Terms on our website. Your continued use of our services after the Effective Date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
This agreement and any matters relating to it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of our company's country of registration. You and The Buzz Blast agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of our country for the resolution of any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service.
